Register your church. Share a few basics: your church name, address, your (the senior pastor’s) name, and email. Fill out the short form below to get access.
After registration, a representative will schedule a virtual meeting with you to understand your church’s needs and operational structure to determine whether Graceful Work fits your needs or a tailored approach would be best.
Annual Membership Fees: After the meeting, and after determining if Graceful Work can be of service to your church, you will proceed to pay a small annual membership fee to get your platform set up and contribute towards Graceful Work maintenance and ministry support.

We prepare your private space. We set everything up for you. Your church receives its own private, separate workspace; you never touch code, database, or any technical work, and you only ever see your own church’s information.
Log in and begin. You’ll receive the sign-in details. Add your members, start recording, and generate your first reports the same day.
NOTE: If you have a website, we help embed the platform in the website to enable you to log in just by clicking a button. No Website? No problem, we will help you get one if you need it; otherwise, you will receive a secure link to log into your platform.

Do I need technical skills?
Not at all. If your team can use email or a smartphone, they can use Graceful Work. The set-up is handled for you! We also train you, and besides, we’re here when you need us.
Who can see our information?
Only the leaders you authorise. Each church’s records are kept private and separate, and access is controlled by role. Your data is yours; only you (The Pastor) can see everything, and your church leaders can see what they are supposed to see based on their roles or positions.
