Graceful Work is a “Church Operating System (COS)” or “Church Management System” (as widely known) owned by the churches that use it and managed by WINISTRY. The platform began with a simple observation: church leaders spend far too many hours on paperwork that could be simplified, registers fall out of date, finances are hard to reconcile, and reports take days to prepare for an hour-long meeting. The platform is not a corporate product bolted onto church life, but something shaped for it.

To free the hands of those who serve the church and enable them to give their time to people rather than paperwork, through a shared work of grace.

  • The local church comes first: Every feature exists to serve real congregations and their leaders.
  • Simple is faithful: A tool nobody can use helps no one, so we choose clarity over cleverness.
  • Little is much: Small contributions, gathered and stewarded well, can maintain a platform and bless people beyond it.

Not a company, just a network. Graceful Work is run as a ministry, not a business. There are no shareholders and no profit motive. Member churches contribute a small amount to belong; that money maintains the platform and supports the wider work described in Our Mission. We keep costs low on purpose so that no church is turned away.

More than a platform: A Work of Grace

To serve the Church and to let the fruit of that service overflow into the lives of others.

  1. Keeping the platform strong: maintenance, improvements, and support, so the tool stays reliable and keeps getting better for every member church.
  2. Helping people in need: A portion of what we gather goes directly to relieving need, helping to keep less-privileged children in school, and supporting families in hardship within our member communities.
  3. Bible study among the young: We help run Bible study programmes for young people. A portion of all funds goes toward getting materials, supporting gatherings, and mentoring for youth programs.

We commit to using what is given carefully and transparently, and we ensure to share our annual report with the public.
